Marquis Community Development Authority

Purpose

A public body with the ability to issue bonds to finance certain publicly-owned infrastructure improvements on a tax-exempt basis.   Annual completion of the Financial Disclosure form is required by  board members.  (Day meetings held as needed with an unlimited number of four-year terms)
