Virginia Cooperative Extension

Virginia Cooperative Extension (VCE) provides educational programs conducted in workplaces, schools, and communities of Virginians. Research based information from Virginia Tech and Virginia State University is used by Extension Agents and their volunteers to teach people innovative ways to solve problems.

Virginia Cooperative Extension responds to the needs of individuals, families, groups and organizations with educational programs in the three broad areas: ANR, FCS, and 4-H. The York/Poquoson Office accomplishes this through newsletters, clinics, workshops, and outreach by community volunteers.
