With 4 courts available, the park is perfect for league play, instructional lessons, camps, and recreational use. The courts at Back Creek Park are available for families and individuals to use for free."
BEGINNER - For those who have had no formal tennis instruction, no playing experience, or have experienced a long delay between lessons or playing. The lesson objectives are to introduce the skills necessary to play tennis, provide an overview of the rules and fundamentals, and explain the requirement for proper court etiquette, safety, and sportsmanship. With the very young players, activities will also include teaching appropriate movement skills plus pre-striking and striking skills. These lessons are geared to make the experience fun and teach basic tennis skills.
INTERMEDIATE - For those who have succeeded in past lessons or playing experiences and are ready to progress to the next level. Lesson objectives are reinforcing previous lessons, facilitating more advanced stroke techniques, and developing ball control and placement skills.
