SOLICITATIONS

All York County Central Purchasing Solicitations can be found here eVA - County of York.

For submittal of sealed bids and proposals, Purchasing Office staff will accept sealed Bids and Proposals in the office between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.   Submitted documents must be time-stamped in by Purchasing staff. Documents cannot be considered if the time-stamp is after the deadline specified in the solicitation document.

Deliveries by couriers (i.e.: UPS, FedEx, USPS) are subject to the same conditions specified above.

MAKE PROVISIONS FOR YOUR SUBMITTALS TO BE RECEIVED AND TIME-STAMPED IN BY THE DEADLINE SPECIFIED IN THE SOLICITATION.

Bids will be opened after the specified time, and tally information will be posted to eVA by the next business day. [Proposals are never publicly disclosed until after evaluation and award].

Only responses to Request For Quotes (RFQs) can be emailed to the Contract Officer.

HOUSE REHABILITATION SOLICITATIONS:

Vendors who want to submit their proposals for any house rehabilitation solicitation, must complete a notarized, screening application found here Vendor Screening Application , and submit it to the York County Housing department at: abbitt.woodall@yorkcounty.gov
