Douglas R. Holroyd is 2026 BOS Chairman Thomas G. Shepperd, Jr. is 2026 BOS Vice Chairman

At the Board of Supervisors’ organizational meeting on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, Douglas R. Holroyd (District 1) was appointed Chairman, and Thomas G. Shepperd, Jr. (District 5) was appointed Vice Chairman.

Mr. Holroyd is in his first term on the Board of Supervisors, and Mr. Shepperd is in his seventh term.

In addition to Mr. Holroyd and Mr. Shepperd, the remaining three Supervisors are:
•Sheila S. Noll (District 2)
•Mr. Wayne Drewry (District 3)
•Mr. Stephen Roane (District 4)
