Waterworks’ Annual Water Quality Reports Available
Waterworks publishes two water quality reports – one for customers in Hampton, Newport News, Poquoson, York County and part of James City County, and one for customers in the Lightfoot area of Upper York County who are on a separate, freshwater well system. As in past years, the reports reveal no violations of federal or state regulations. The report is available online here or if you would prefer a printed copy, reports will be available at the Yorktown and Tabb Libraries and Williamsburg Library. If you would like request that a water quality report be mailed to you, or if you have any questions or comments, please call Waterworks Customer Service at 757- 926-1000, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
