The York County Housing Choice Voucher Program waiting list is currently closed. Those who applied will be chosen randomly by lottery. Not everyone who applied will be added to the waiting list. Applicants received a confirmation number once the application was submitted indicating the application was received but does not guarantee a spot on the waiting list.
